The author has co-founded an electronic method of cultural resistance called "Electronic Disturbance Theatre". Dominguez recognizes that in order to recruit a larger surplus of people they must connect with them through the internet. The author states that the websites has a lot of economic and political power. He knows that creating this website is how activism will begin to present itself more and more in the near future. The internet bands people together in a sort of community and allows people to arrange protests, etc. By creating moe and more of these smaller quiet protest through the internet, it will accumulate into a larger protest that makes a change.
